As the founder and CEO of Contus Tech, Sriram leads the growth strategy and global service delivery of digital transformation solutions and services for start-ups to Fortune 500 clients in more than 8 countries.

Since the company’s inception in 2008, Contus Tech’s mission has been to accelerate innovation and service delivery in digital transformation. Sriram bootstrapped Contus Tech with USD 20,000 and grew it to be one of the few successful and profitable bootstrapped companies in India. As a first-generation entrepreneur from a tech background, Sriram led the company’s growth by invoking the inbound marketing strategy and automating sales processes that helped the company generate demand across the globe.

Contus Tech’s flagship digital solutions include MirrorFly, a self-hosted and customizable UCaaS platform; VPlayed, a dynamic video streaming platform; and OnTheFly, a live streaming SaaS software. In 2022, MirrorFly and VPlayed were ranked among the top five global solutions in their respective categories, serving a diverse clientele from funded start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

As the head of growth, Sriram Manoharan drives the development of new digital solutions and products with a global impact on the B2B landscape. From humble beginnings in 2008, with just two employees in a 500-square-foot apartment, Contus Tech has expanded its reach, influencing millions of devices and endpoints and enhancing lives through its solutions, either directly or via its clients. Sriram Manoharan is also the Founder and CEO of GudSho Digital, which is developing a new-age AI-powered video marketing platform to spread his inbound marketing expertise to benefit thousands of start-ups and small businesses around the world.

Previously, Sriram Manoharan worked with companies like Movate, IBM and TCS in technology development and leadership roles, and he started his first leadership position at the age of 24. Since then, he has built and managed successful teams for other companies and is now at Contus Tech. Several members of his teams are still growing with him at Contus Tech and other high-tech giants in senior leadership positions.
