Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with a total of 10+ years of enterprise experience, including at least 5 years in collaborative project delivery as a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate custom application development projects using Agile methodology.
  • Coordinate with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of corporate objectives.
  • Capture and track meeting notes, action items, and project progress.
  • Collaborate with Business Process Engineers, Systems Analysts, Software Specialists, UX Developers, and Project Managers to meet high delivery standards.
  • Engage with IT and business teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Utilize knowledge of AWS Cloud, Angular, JavaScript, .NET, HTML5/CSS, and SAP to meet business requirements.
  • Manage team dynamics and lead Scrum adoption.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and collaborate across Scrum teams.
  • Support SAFe Agile principles and foster a high-performing team environment.
  • Implement steps to enhance team productivity and remove impediments.
  • Drive project risk identification and mitigation, as well as control the project schedule, resources, and costs.

Required Skills:

  • Project delivery and reporting experience with strong proficiency in managing product backlogs using JIRA.
  • Ability to organize and optimize product backlog and facilitate Scrum collaborations.
  • Experience managing multiple Scrum teams and removing team impediments.
  • Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile practice, team leadership, and servant leadership.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and design thinking/sprint approach.

Certifications:

  • SSM, SASM, or SA in SAFe practice (preferred).
  • PMI certification (good to have).

Experience with Tools:

  • JIRA Fundamentals and reporting in JIRA Software.
  • MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Familiarity with JQL (good to have).

Preferred Courses:

  • AWS Fundamentals Specialization (good to have)
  • Design Sprint (good to have).

Background/Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree in science or engineering.
  • MBA or advanced degree (a plus).

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Solid teamwork, interpersonal skills, and ability to meet challenging timelines.
  • Ability to build trust with stakeholders and deliver prototypes in design sprint mode.
