Executive/Sr. Executive - Lead Generation

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive who is passionate about identifying new business opportunities and driving sales. In this role, you will be responsible for researching potential leads, contacting prospects, and nurturing relationships to build a strong sales pipeline. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and improve lead generation strategies will be key to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification & Generation: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new leads through various platforms, including LinkedIn, Naukri, and Social Media channels.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, and other communication methods to engage with prospects, qualify leads, and categorize them based on potential.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure a customer-first attitude by delivering exceptional service when reaching out to prospects, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
  • Relationship Building: Develop rapport and build strong relationships with potential customers through consistent follow-up and nurturing.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Set up meetings with qualified prospects to expand the sales pipeline and ensure a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
  • Lead Database Maintenance: Organize and manage an extensive lead database, ensuring all information is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible for the sales team.
  • Data Analysis & Strategy: Regularly analyze lead generation data to suggest improvements and develop models for more efficient lead generation.
  • Sales Proposals & Presentations: Assist in the preparation of professional sales proposals and presentations tailored to prospects’ needs and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in Lead Generation, with a focus on B2B markets.
  • Cold Calling Expertise: Prior experience in cold calling, particularly with prospects from the US or UK markets, is essential.
  • Lead Generation Tools & CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems is a must to effectively manage and track leads.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate value propositions, engage prospects, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and social media platforms to source leads and enhance outreach efforts.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentation purposes.
  • Interpersonal & Organizational Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Learning Agility: Quick learner with the ability to grasp the company’s products and services, enabling effective communication with prospects.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience working with global markets and knowledge of lead nurturing techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and recommend improvements.
