Sr. Business Development Executive

We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Executive with over 5 years of expertise in sales to join our dynamic team at CONTUS TECH. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, expand market presence, and cultivate strategic partnerships by acquiring new clients and closing impactful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process, from addressing leads generated by various teams to nurturing them through to deal closure.
  • Solution Selling: Effectively sell IT/Software solutions, particularly within digital and tech-focused teams, ensuring that client needs are met with custom-tailored approaches.
  • Client Understanding: Identify and understand client business challenges and aspirations, delivering digital solutions that are aligned with their specific needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative, case-specific sales strategies to close deals, collaborate with technical and management teams, and ensure customer success at every stage of their journey with CONTUS TECH.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and involve relevant decision-makers at the right time to ensure smooth buyer discussions.
  • Lead Management: Take ownership of assigned leads, follow up diligently, convert them into qualified opportunities, and successfully bring them to closure.
  • Objection Handling & Negotiation: Confidently handle sales objections, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Professional Proposal Writing: Write tailored, professional proposals that address the specific technology needs of clients and articulate value-driven solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Continuously analyze and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate revenue projections and timely follow-ups to meet targets.
  • Communication Excellence: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective internal and external engagement.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record as a Business Development Executive in an emerging tech firm or large enterprise.
  • Technical Solution Sales: Experience selling infrastructure software, databases, analytical tools, applications software, or cloud solutions.
  • Complex Project Experience: Experience working on and managing complex implementation projects with global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently met or exceeded personal direct sales goals.
  • Enterprise-Level Sales: Experience selling into large Fortune 1000 companies and winning new deals.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to create and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
